I noticed in Europe that everyone uses the stairs and not the elevator unless there was a good reason. I walked so many stairs while there that I felt like a stairmaster queen! Nothing better to firm up and build muscles.
I have more success when I cook breakfast ahead -- have healthy muffins baked and ready to reheat in a matter of moments, or bake steel cut oats with apple and cinnamon (yum!) and reheat these. It makes breakfast super quick and easy.
