This app is 99 cents for my iphone, it helps me eat slowly and also helps me to see how much I am eating each meal, for the whole day and over a 90 day period! Well worth the money, and it is helping me stay on track!

Laundry Soap Recipe

This is cheap and compares to Tide with Bleach Alternative. Use 2 Tablespoons per load. Mix equal parts: borax, washing soda, Oxygen Cleaner, and powdered SUN laundry detergent. This really gets the stains out and whitens and brightens! Any powdered laundry detergent can be used in the recipe and mix it in a ziploc bag that has been closed! You can use Oxyclean for the Oxygen cleaner, but I use the off brand

Use less laundry soap!

Try using 1-2 Tablespoons of Laundry soap per load saves hundreds of dollars per year! If you are worried about stains, simply let the clothes soak all night after agitating and finish running the load in the morning! Free and easy stain soak and cleaner clothes!
