I get bored easily so mixing up my source of exercise helps. I play tennis, swim, cycle, run, zumba and tae-bo. by never getting bored I'm more likely to keep exercising.

Favorite TV programs

I love my TV programs - I have specific ones I always watch. Now I can only watch them if I am on the move. Something as simple as marching on the spot or better yet ride the cross trainer while watching keeps your activity level regular.
