Everyday I try to earn as many spark points as possible. I learn allot reading the articles and playing trivia. And You also have to drink all your water and do all your exercise to earn the max amount of points for the day. It's a fun way to keep myself on track.
A big part of my success has been measuring food amounts and tracking every single thing I eat.
No Matter what happens in life, don't stop trying. Even if you have to take a break that's ok, just be sure to get back on track ASAP.
