Try out some Sparkpeople fitness videos!

You can track some of them on the fitness tracker, they are fun, definitely not boring but not too challenging either!

Do isometrics!

When you sit around in the car/office/etc do some isometric exercises: tighten a muscle group (i prefer abs, hiney, lower- or upper leg muscles) for 10-15 seconds then relax. It is a good strenghtening exercise and after trying it you'll see that it instantly 'wakes you up' even if you were sleepy.

Track on SP vitamins and minerals too that you consume daily!

Sparkpeople can track almost any vitamins and minerals that you consume daily! You MUST know whether you consume the recommended daily amount or not, and SP gives you the real answer! Go do 'My nutrition', click 'Change nutrition goals' and add the vitamins you want to track (I added almost all)
