Everytime i walk through a door (at home of course) I do my ABC'S but with my leg. What you do is while standing straight you lift one leg high enough to were it's not touching the floor, and with your leg spell A in the air, Think of Tracing the alphabet with your foot but moving the entire leg. It might be hard at first so gradually work with it and make a habit of it. The more practice the farther you can get to z and bring your leg higher. Gotta crawl before you walk. GOOD LUCK!!!!!
Right when i began to feel a sweet tooth approaching I go straight to the fridge and grab a apple. A lot of the problem with eating bad and you know you shouldn't is because you sit there and keep thinking about it then your mind starts wondering around the kitchen seeing what you have that will trigger that urge to be intense. Instead of falling off the deep end get up right when you feel like you want something & grab you some fruit, Can't regret what you didn't do. GOOD LUCK!
