I am fully aware that I am incapable of living off of egg white omelets and baked chicken the rest of my life. I realize this is a lifestyle change so why focus on food I do not want to eat? Portion control and deciding on what I REALLY want to eat is the key that keeps me at or below my goal weight!

Over the years, I have accumulated a huge fitness DVDs. Workouts vary in type of workout, duration and intensity. I always have a workout that can fit my schedule and energy level, no matter how busy or tired I might be. If you do not have a lot of fitness DVDs, check out the local library, trade with a friend or check out Netflix!
I started kettlebells a few months ago and oh what a difference! I recommend the Iron Core series but there are other DVDs and instructors out there. Start with a light weight to avoid injury while learning proper technique. A good kettlebell workout can burn 900 calories in just 45 minutes!
There are light cheese wedges available that are lower in calories and great served with crackers or veggies. But when you want a bit of real cheese without a lot of calories (50 calories per mini), this will do the trick!
A relatively new product, these mini pretzel bagels are YUMMY and contain NO FAT, although they are quite high in carbohydrates. They are not sliced but it's worth the effort to make a slamming jamming sandwich!
