Don't be judgmental about your workout .

If the weather is bad or for some other reason I cant walk outside , I walk around my house , My feet don't know the difference ! When I have been sick I have even done leg lifts in bed ! Even though it might not be glamorous the mental benefits of doing your exercise for the day is very uplifting ...
