Put together a walk pack

Since I am now walking on a fairly regular basis, I decided to put a walk pack together. Just used a small, sport sling backpack. I hate keeping a lot of stuff in my pockets, and sometimes don't even have pockets. It's ready to go on a moments notice by the door.

Easy meal or snack

I've started trying to keep a big bowl of salad mix in the fridge at all times. I submitted a "recipe" for it (look for "my ready-to-go salad mix"), but there's no end to the tweeking possibilities.
