The trick I use to get my 8 cups of water a day is to drink 1 cup before a meal, and 1 cup after the meal. With three meals a day, thats 6 cups! and the other two cups (or more!) are easily put in during a workout or sipping while watching tv! With this trick I usually get about 9-13 cups of water a day!
Focus on meeting the days goals, not the end result! Sometimes thinking of how much is left to do and how much you still have to lose can be overwhelming, try to find solace in the small victories, like meeting your calorie, protein, or fat goals.
