Sometimes when I want a treat, I actually imagine what it would look like left on the counter for a week. The thought of putting that into my mouth kills the craving.
I realized that the time I spend complaining about having to get up early to exercise is more than the effort it takes to rollout and get going.
I found out that there are free podcasts for running and jogging (I am super slow!) The tracks run over an hour so you don't have to worry that the music will run out and leave you listening to dead space or fumbling to find a song.
