Protect your lips with sunscreen! This is a step that we forget during our care routine, but it is sensitive skin and needs to be protected for those beautiful lips. There are chapsticks with SPF 15 in them! Make sure to check the active ingredients to be sure!
Fat is a crucial and vital part of the diet! Many people think that they need to "reduce extremely" their fat level intakes... But what you should focus on is meeting the DRI (your goals) and having a majority of those fat grams be an intake of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats. Those fats are referred to as the "healthy" fats. They can even help lower LDL count. Stay as far away as you can from saturated and trans fats. Those are the "SOLID" fats such as butter and margarine.

If you are sitting around watching TV, get on the ground and STRETCH while you watch, so at least you are getting SOMETHING done while you're wasting time :D
Cardio CAN be a blast! For those who dread the treadmill, try a group exercise class! The instructor will provide extra motivation and encourage you past what you thought your limits were... the support of other people will encourage you to push yourself!
While exercising, have multiple types of music in your ipod! The differences in music will keep you involved. Put your Ipod on shuffle so you won't know what's coming up next! Great way to keep your mind off of your workout and on how pumped your music gets you!
