A pinch of Cayenne, a dollop of Agave and Ice Water.

A pinch of Cayenne Pepper, a dollop of Agave Sweetener and Ice Water. Drinking this keeps my digestive system in gear and it tastes like I am drinking something more than just water.

Getting rid of ants with Bounce

Bounce Fabric Sheets have a smell that repels ants. I always keep a packet in in my suitcase for vacations and lay it in cupboards, and drawers in any kitchen vacation time share unit that we stay in. They run away from it!

Eat Complex Carbs in the AM

I don't like sweet foods early in the morning. I prefer salty foods. I heat a package of Quinoa and Brown Rice in the mircrowave, use 1 cup of it and chop up some leftover chicken into it, for a bowl of warm and savory for breakfast. My body uses the fuel for the morning and I don't hungry again until late afternoon. emoticon
