Charts

Using the weight charts to track reality! I have tracked my ups and downs over 3 years. I noticed that my body wants to stay at specific weights. Those are the areas of plateau. Those are also the weight levels my body wants to get back to. I now know I have to expect my body to resist weight loss in those areas. I am determined to create new lower norms for my body by staying at a lower weight for extended periods. If you can maintain count it as a victory! you are resetting your weight norm.

knock temptation on its butt!

: I have a new strategy for my temptations and how I feel about me. I keep in front of me some treat and tell myself to be strong and say no to it until an appropriate time. Every time I tell it no, I tell myself that I am victorious. I am giving myself positive self talk! building up my self esteem and my will power. Too often we condemn ourselves and spiral out of control. Time to change our thinking! You are worth it, you are a victor too!

you are shrinking!

I have noticed that when I have followed my calories and exercise program, but I am going through a plateau, that is when my body is readjusting and losing inches. So I have learned to smile and say goodbye to extra inches during that time!
