10 minutes at a time

most days I don't have time for a 30 - 45 minute workout, but I can schedule in 3 10 minute walks every day. I walk our german shepherd 3 times a day and once I noticed how long the walks are and adding them together gives me 30 minutes every day. When I can get more exercise in that's a bonus! And of course my dog is really happy too.
