Curb Eating at Night

Try experimenting with not eating after 7:30pm or so! It's a challenge for me to get dinner in my belly that early but I believe it's well worth it. I drink water after then though. I think eating late is hard on my metabolism.

Another benefit is that I wake up hungry and that encourages me to eat a good breakfast!
