I am always looking for ways to add "exercise value" to every-day activities. I've started doing this mini balance activity every morning. When I get out of the shower, I like to put lotion on my legs and feet. In the past, I always sat on a chair to do this. Now, I stand up: I balance on one foot while holding the other foot in the air and applying lotion to it. To avoid getting lotion on the carpet, before putting my foot down, I put on a sock and shoe and tie the shoe. Then I switch feet.
