A few weeks ago I saw Matt and Suzi Hoover from "The Biggest Loser' speak in my hometown at a wellness expo. They were extremely inspiring by saying you never end a workout saying "I wish I wouldn't have done that.". A classmate of mine who is now a chiropractor also talked about a quote I now have written on my mirror: "A goal without actions is only a wish." The last two weeks I have gotten up 4 days at 5:00 to workout!!! I haven't felt better!!!!
Everyone has those days where they just don't feel like working out -- and we all can come up with a list of reasons why we should skip the days workout. Instead of talking yourself out of it, just do something. Even if it's just a walk around the block!
