A Goal Without Action is Just a Wish

A few weeks ago I saw Matt and Suzi Hoover from "The Biggest Loser' speak in my hometown at a wellness expo. They were extremely inspiring by saying you never end a workout saying "I wish I wouldn't have done that.". A classmate of mine who is now a chiropractor also talked about a quote I now have written on my mirror: "A goal without actions is only a wish." The last two weeks I have gotten up 4 days at 5:00 to workout!!! I haven't felt better!!!! emoticon

Too tired to exercise?

Some days I find I am dragging..lack of sleep or other things...but I have also learned...if you Get up and GO exercise...your energy level will go UP not get used up! Get moving!!!

Just Do Something!

Everyone has those days where they just don't feel like working out -- and we all can come up with a list of reasons why we should skip the days workout. Instead of talking yourself out of it, just do something. Even if it's just a walk around the block!
