Laugh

Today, every chance you get, smile or laugh at something. It can be a mistake that strikes you as funny, a statement made by you or someone else. Maybe it will be on TV, just anywhere, look for a reason to laugh! This makes your face look better, improves health and you age slower !

Be brave. Be bold. Be alive.

Find and commit to a future challenge. Believe that you can do it. Then train, prepare, and ready yourself. Make your goal a reality.

You are only human

If you make a poor decision, admit it, learn from it and move on. Unfortunately, you will probably slip up again but it will be okay. Try to follow up a bad choice, with 5 good ones. Next thing you know, those slip ups will be less frequent and you won't feel as bad about them.

Forgiveness

If I overeat or have a high calorie snack I don't go to pieces, berate myself or give up. I sit down, and figure how to make up for it, such as exercising at a higher intensity. In the past I would call myself a failure and give up. No more!

"Best Offer" Can Work At Retail Stores, Too!

Many bricks-and-mortar retail stores clearly tell you that any "price match" that they offer does not apply to matching online vendor prices. Not always true! Recently got in-store price match by comparing a "ship-to-store" price elsewhere, also one store recently matched an Amazon.com price. Worth asking, at least!
