Climbing Stairs

I have been doing what Nicole recommended. We live in a two story house. I go up and down all the time. When I want to go upstairs, I walk up and turn around and walk down. Then I go back up the stairs. It works the same when going downstairs. For me that is an extra 30 extra steps each time I do it.

Getting in Extra Workouts

My favorite way to work in more movement is to get up and walk around throughout the day. That adds more steps to my total for the dayt.
