walking is the very best stress reliever I have, I can go out in a funk, and come home relaxed and stress free
I find that if I get a jump start on my walking and exercise in the morning, it is not as stressful and hard to finish up in the evening. So i always try for over 5,000 steps before noon.
SInce I do not work anymore, and of course have less money, I do all of my husbands dress and silk shirts at home, I wash them on delicate, hang them out to dry for awhile and iron them, they look nicer than when he sent them all to the cleaners, and we save lots of money this way.
I fix my husbands and my plate and take it to the table, and put away the food, that way, when I am done, I am done, makes for easier clean-up at the table but also, see no food, eat no food.
