Super Easy Broiled Salmon

Preheat broiler. In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tbsps each Dijon mustard, light sour cream, and nonfat Greek yogurt. Add about 1 tbsp lemon juice. Take 4 4-oz salmon fillets, sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper, then coat with mixture. Broil for 12-15 minutes. ~226 calories/10 g fat.

Portion control when eating at work

I usually eat breakfast and lunch at my desk, which makes portion control a bit challenging. I invested in one of the Fit'n'Fresh kits from the Spark Store and keep a small portable scale from the set in my desk drawer, along with an inexpensive set of dry and wet measuring cups.
