Instead of sitting still just move-wiggling aroung burns calories-so move that foot, tap the toes-just do something. Wii Fit has a stepthing where I can turn it on then watch tv while I step off and on the balance board. NOw how easy is that??
I found when I was first losing weight and real embarrassed by what I looked like that exercise DVD's were my best friend. To say I had NO endurance would be an understatement- 5 minutes and I was done! Leslie Sansone was the encouragement I needed to get going. NOw Bob Harper, Jillian Michaels and Jackie Warner kick my but when I don't get in enough gym time or want an extra workout.
Whenever I start to feel bored with-food, exercise-whatever
To make sure I get my exercise everyday-I roll out of bed and take care of usual AM stuff, geta a drink of water, get dressed and go to the gym. Have people there that I see everyday. I know if I don't get right up and go it will be easy to slip back into old ways and old weight which I am not willing to do. It does help that gym is only 3.5 miles from home and open 24/7!
