I love me some brownies!! Insteading of adding the usual 1/2 cup of oil, I add 1/2 cup of apple sauce. They are still moist and yummy, but have less calories and less fat in them. Try is sometime. They're delish!!
Gotta get a paper, a gallon of milk or even a greeting card? Walk to the store, don't drive. You'll be helping the environment as well as your waistline!! It is also a great way to get 10-20 minutes of exercise in. Why drive when you can get the benefits of exercise? Happy walking!
Whenever I park to go into a store, I park further away so that I am taking more steps to walk to the store. Why park in the first spot when you can get more steps and burn more calories? Plus, if someone is messing with your car someone will likely see it since there are no other cars parked next to it.
