do all this for you and you alone. stop saying you are not worth it or do it because someone else thinks you should or makes fun of you. you matter and need to want to better yourself because thats where your heart is at, at this point in your life. you will be so much happier and lighter feeling along the journey and just happier with yourself.
well instead of making goodies with sugar or bad fats I use very little or add things like unsweetened applesauce, or bananas, coconut milk, whole wheat flour, nonfat milk if called for, nonfat cream cheese, etc. little tricks that help lower fat and sugar too.
always needed sweets everyday. I now have the 10 allowed dark chocolate almonds as my sweets for the day. I can grab one here and one there through out the day. one an hour would be sweets all day. this is my secret to keeping away from bad sweets. one ounce of dark chocolate is good for the heart and almonds are also good for you. ENJOY.
