do all this for you and you alone. stop saying you are not worth it or do it because someone else thinks you should or makes fun of you. you matter and need to want to better yourself because thats where your heart is at, at this point in your life. you will be so much happier and lighter feeling along the journey and just happier with yourself.

less sugar

found in all the bars you can buy , the atkins products have 8 to 16 grams of fiber and only 1or 2 grams of sugar. they also taste good.

fats

well instead of making goodies with sugar or bad fats I use very little or add things like unsweetened applesauce, or bananas, coconut milk, whole wheat flour, nonfat milk if called for, nonfat cream cheese, etc. little tricks that help lower fat and sugar too.

no junk

no junk around the house. only have things that have 1 or 2 grams of sugar in them ( like atkins treats) that way no temptations to eat cookies, cake, brownies. they aren't here.

I started my weight lost by reading a good doctors book on food and what it does to your body I now have the least amount of sugar I can possible have during a day. first two months I lost 12 pounds.

adding veg. and fruits

work on adding vegetable in my omelet each day and fruit was never my favorite thing but now eat apples, blueberries, strawberries and oranges. this is filling.

my dark choc. almonds

always needed sweets everyday. I now have the 10 allowed dark chocolate almonds as my sweets for the day. I can grab one here and one there through out the day. one an hour would be sweets all day. emoticon this is my secret to keeping away from bad sweets. one ounce of dark chocolate is good for the heart and almonds are also good for you. ENJOY.
