Always remember you are worth it. No matter what route you've taken you have the ability to pull through. Dig deep.....and know that there are Spark Teams available and Sparkfriends that are here to encourage and help. There are so many tools......take advantage of this and get back on track..!!
If you keep a journal, which I think everyone should, it's a good idea to go back and re-read how you were feeling when you were making progress. I just did this and I could feel the excitement I had at that time. It has re-motivated me all over again. It's such a great tool...!!!
Start off with a 10% weight loss goal and when you reach that mark.... reward yourself. Then you can decide whether you want to continue with 10% increments or just a flat number. Whatever you decide.....always reward yourself.....non-food rewards of course.
