Time to get back on track.

A toad trip or visit to relatives for a few days can really shake up my routine. I want to be congenial so I eat what is served. The hard thing is to get back to my routine when I come home. First, it is important to eat a healthy breakfast and make sure to have healthy snacks in between meals. Don't allow yourself to get hungry and be tempted to reach for a munchies. I like to have some vegetable soup or a V8. An apple sliced with almond or peanut butter helps. emoticon

Eat a good breakfast

When I start the day with a good breakfast including protein. I usually have eggs or a protein shake. It starts my day off and I don't seem to crave for junk food. emoticon
