A couple of times when my weight has stalled, getting religious about my water intake and pushing it to 10 cups a day got things moving again. Also, adding brewed green tea helps give you something to sip on and boosts metabolism with many antioxidants as well.
I keep a chain of paper clips next to my computer monitor at work. Each paper clip represents one pound lost. They are always front and center to help keep me motivated. I remember to say "No thank you" to the office doughnuts.
When I want to eat something I don't need, usually a Snickers, I grab my belly fat. I reminds me that I already have a Snickers in storage.
