I don't think many people stay the same weight over the holiday season but don't do your system the dishonour of a poor diet lacking in nutrients afterwards by eating too little in order to lose the gain quickly. Sudden weight loss is likely to yo-yo back up again!

I've never regretted working out- doesn't have to be a sweaty session- a short walk, a short core workoutif pushed for time.
