Microwave cooking can really save time.

I precook almost all of my vegetables in my microwave. This is especially good for onions and root vegetables. We love onions and sauteeing them till clear is needed in many recipes. No spatter when micro-sauteed Less oil is needed.The microwave ensures greens stay bright green and attractive.

LACTOSE FREE OATMEAL -CAN BE GLUTEN FREE ALSO.

GLUTEN FREE OATS must be LABELLED Gluten Free This USES no MILK, is kid friendly,add raisins, nuts, craisins, cinnamon . apple sauce .
For I SERVING 1/3 cup of quick oatmeal or steel cut oats
2/3 cups unsweetened Apple juice or OJ is good too.
Microwave in Micro pan or in high sided bowl 2 mins

Removing Egg Shell when breaking eggs.

If you crack an egg in to a mix and a piece of shell drops in.
Take one of the half shells and scoop it out, My teacher in England taught me this trick half a century ago and it almost always works first time.
