Just STOP the thought train that creates "reasons" (excuses) and debates whether or not you should exercise or eat right. When I hear myself debating and rationalizing, I call myself out on it. "Heyyyyyy.........wait a minute........" Once I realize where that train is headed, I jump right off and get back on the right track. Listen to yourself and quit thinking! ;-)
Yup, Spark Coaches are free and easy!! I did the 2 week trial and the structure really keeps me moving. Now, I'm in my first 3 months for only $5 per month. Instead of flailing around on the site attempting to provide my own structure (but really just treading water), I now log into Spark Coach and it walks me through a good solid structure every day. Try it! Nothing to lose with the free trial (and you don't enter any payment info during the trial). Go for it!! :-)

Well, I am just coming out of a "two steps backwards" phase and I am now getting back on track. How do I get back on track? I log in to SparkPeople and go to my points page. Then, I try to earn as many points as possible and before you know it, I'm feeling motivated, educated and encouraged! Try it yourself!! It's fun and it works!
