Any weight loss journey is a tough prospect - even more so if it is a lifestyle change. It's easy to get blinkered, and expect the weight to continuously fall off. Thing is, that doesn't happen. You'll gain back a couple of lbs every now and then, and thats ok! you've learned a ton, apply those lessons
I've been wearing these for two weeks now, both in the gym and walking around. LOVE THESE SHOES. I feel more connected to the workout, more comfortable moving around. These are minimalist shoes, and not for everyone of course, but for those who get on with them, you will love them.
You've lost a lot of weight, but still have a distance to go. You work out, eat the right things, and yet you've stopped losing weight.
No one thinks they have enough time in the day! Do all your cooking in one batch on the weekend. Make enough for lunch and dinner for 5 or 6 days of the week. This free's up a TON of time in the week, and leaves you with one "play" day to eat something different.
