Using the comparative sites to help lower your bills is good. I found out what is the best plan and were for mobile coverage and am saving 500+ a year and same with auto insurance. Check them out they do help you save.
I usually try to pick 3 random blogs from users I don't know. through out the week. I read the blog, and I leave a message of motivation. By helping them and giving them words of encouragement, I encourage myself . I gain new friends sometimes and I just feel better that I was friendly.

I have a music work out playlist. It plays all the songs, from my pop music phase, along with Broadway musicals. Songs, that I can sing along with while I am working out. That way, when I can't do the exercise on the tape I can dance to the music to keep moving.
I have a Nintendo Wii. This has been my lifesaver with exercising. Did you know that if you play an active game of Bowling you can burn approx 103 calories? That means playing like you are bowling, and not sitting around. I also have a variety of exercise discs I rotate so not to get bored.
To get my 8 cups of Water in a day, I have a water bottle Fresh and Fit Vortex it has 24 oz of water it holds. I fill it with water, only 3 times a day and I'm not always waiting to get to a sink to fill up a smaller bottle or glass. If I go somewhere I put in the ice in the vortex it came with.
