I turn the radio to some oldies(I'm 23 but I Love oldies!) or whatever I'm in the mood for and I dance around the house with my dogs... they love it and it does my body good! I don't even feel like I'm working hard but my heart rate monitor says so and I could do it for hours! its also therapeutic...
