I give in to 1 craving every week. By intentionally doing so, I never feel like I failed, or did anything wrong. I also find that I'm less likely to go on a "binge" later, because I've satisfied the urge. I'm careful not to over indulge, but I do indulge. And I can continue to stay positive about my progress, and not look at myself with disgust.
