Laying out workout clothes

With the downsizing of things, I've noticed that the SP nutrition isn't the same as the item currently. Frequently the serving size is smaller or the "recipe" for the food has changed dramatically. Double check online with the product to make sure of your counts.

Resize your tummy!

A balloon starts out small - the more we fill it, the more it stretches. The more it stretches the more air it can hold.

Same goes for our stomach.

But here's the difference:

Once enlarged - a balloon can't be shaped back into its original size or smaller. Our stomachs CAN.
