Drink Flavored Water

I am not a drink water fan whatsoever, so I decided to add Crystal light peach mango greet tea to 2 quarts of water each day. It has green tea, and vitamins a, c, and e added. I eventually plan to create my own flavored drink, but for now this works!

1-3 Goals a Day

A lot of times I am not motivated, what works for me so I don't get distracted is to accomplish 1-3 small goals per day. For example, Drink 8 glasses of water, exercise, and do Spark people. After that, I give myself a small reward. I use this for other things as well, not just exercising.
