Put out the money and buy some sticky notes--go home, write down your goals/rewards/etc, then post your sticky notes around the house where you know you will see them and have to read them.
They say it takes 30 days to learn a new habit or way of thinking, but it takes lakes with this trick.
When feeling stressed, "tag off" to your spouse/partner and step away for a moment. If you are an only parent, step back for a moment and count to yourself to allow yourself to calm.
Sometimes it is difficult to "find time" to exercise, more often than not due to letting outside things influence.
Rather than focusing only on the large picture--take the time to sit down and write down short term goals to help you reach your target weight, strive for them, and reward yourself when you reach them.
