No big secret! My thing is commitment. I made up my mind to change my body & I'm doing what it takes to get it done. I have a program that will get me results & I make my workouts a priority. They get done first. This keeps me motivated because I feel so accomplished. That spills over into other aspects of my life. I have goals, that also helps...and it doesn't hurt that I don't have a car & have to walk everywhere! lol
