Need a healthy, natural, sweet, and usable substitute for cooking? IN place of eggs or anything else unecessary? Go the Vegan route and use bananas. It only takes one, mush up your ingredients w/ your hands and it makes it fun!!!!
This is true, i use this tip and it helps trmendously. My siblings always ask me how i stay away from sweets, and i just dont eat them! If you dont tease yourself with the slightest taste or thought, you won want more! Simple? It really is. And if someone is trying to get you to taste something you know in unhealthy and might be good and they say "well what if you like it?" THAT might just be the problem huh? So dont give in, it isnt worth it, really. But if it is to you, and its NATURAL, do it!
Munch on dry corn flakes or cheerios!!! W/ Peanut butter! preferably Adams. But what you do is set aside 1-2 tbls. of P.B. w/ a fork. Dip your fork to where there is only a light coating of P.B. on it and then dip it in your dry cereal! Fun, satisfying, crunchy, sweet, DELICIOUS!!!!! And most importantly, NATURAL!!
Flex while your walking, talking, singing, dancing, sitting, thinking, EVERYWHERE! Flex, it really hhelps with tightening your abs and keeping them hard. I do not recommend this for a full workout but if you are like a lot of older women or younger women i guess, your excuse may be, "Well i dont have enough time to work out? I'm too busy?" Welll ladies, or men, flex no matter what you are doing because you will eventually make a habit out of this & you'll be workin ur abs. Flex your cheeks too!

Look at the ingredients list of foods. One line of ingredients is what you should shoot for, and im sure you all know that Partially Hydrogenated oils are bad, bad, bad. They really are, not only for your self esteem, but for your health. Just because it is not in ONE serving, those servings may add up. Be careful!
