Every month I do a self exam on my breast when i'm in the shower, it's pain less and you get to know your body. But please don't forget to get an annual mammogram each year.

am water

I alway get water right away when I get out of bed..it helps get me going in the am and then I have at least 3 to 4 cup of water in my body already.

I wake up early to do my exercise, that seems to work best for me. That way if something comes up at the end of the day my work it complete.
