Make water more interesting!

I'll admit it, I hate drinking straight up water. I like to try and keep some of those zero-calorie mixes that you add right to the water (there are a bunch of brands) in my bag so I can motivate myself to drink water throughout the day. Better to be hydrated with them than not get enough water! Over time, I've found that I can kind of phase them out.

If you know its bad for you, dont buy it!

Generally, if I have food that's really really bad for me in the house, I will end up eating it and blowing an entire day before I realize what I'm doing. By not buying it, I have to leave the house and go out to get something if I want something junky. Usually I decide it's not worth the effort it would take to go and get it at the store.
