Getting more water

Find a great tea and love it! Drinking tea is a great way to get in more water each day. You can sweeten it with honey or nothing at all and it keeps you from getting bored with the traditional add-ins like lemons or cucumbers to flavor it. Drinking a good unsweetened tea can also help protect you from some of the negative side effects of artificial sweeteners! Create your own Tea Time!

Chobani Greek Yogurt

These are the best brand of yogurt thus far. They are extra thick and creamy, full of protein and full of flavor. The pineapple flavor with the 2% can be used as a dessert for oneself and the regular is a perfect substitute for sour cream any day. It goes on sale often, so give it a try, you may be pleasantly surprised!!! emoticon

Time Saving, High Fiber Soup

I choose one day of the weekend and make a large pot of a type of bean soup. I save enough for leftovers for 2 days and freeze the rest. This way on really busy weeknights, I can reheat delicious, savory bean soup and have it for lunch any day that I don't have leftovers from another night's meal.

Lifesaver Idea~

To discourage late night eating....take a few moments to floss your teeth, some people brush after their last meal, but taking the time to floss is such an investment that the thought of eating after I have flossed quickly fades away!

Good alternatives to take-out!

Instead of making my favorite chinese stir-fry dishes I cook at home and use lower sodium soy sauce and teriyaki sauce! Substitute brown rice for white and you won't feel like you are missing out at all!
