Keep Exercise Fresh and Try a New Activity Regularly.

Don't do the same thing over and over. Mix it up. There is so much to choose from: swimming, elliptical, weights, running/walking, DVD's, resistance bands, yoga, skating, hiking, and on and on. Get outdoors, too. It is so much more fun and challenging.

Re-do fitted sheets that no longer fit newer mattresses

I had a stash of fitted sheets that no longer fit the newer mattresses. The pockets were too small.
But I sewed them up into pillowcases, which are a cinch to make. I often change pillowcases more often than the sheets, so this works well for me.

Almond Milk Is Great In Coffee for Taste and Low Calories.

It is thick and makes a delicious coffee "creamer". I use an unsweetened version and it is only 40 calories per cup. It is also great on cereal. It lasts longer in the refrigerator than regular milk, too.

Yummy, Healthy Water For Pennies

Put some sliced fruit in your water bottle and put it into the refrigerator for several hours or overnight. The flavor will be subtle and delicious. I used strawberries today. I will drink more water this way, and even kids like it.

I got this idea on TV last night when I watched a show about how someone make their millions selling this product. Tried it myself, and I was pleased. Save about 2 dollars per bottle and know what is in it. Try it, you will like it.

Put Your TV Time on a DIet.

Inactivity is more than just not getting an exercise session in. All that time in front of the tube is unhealthy. So limit your TV watching to a certain number of minutes/hours each day. And keep track. Select your programs in advance and limit the mindless viewing and you will burn more calories.

My Fast Food: "Steam in a Bag" Vegetables.

I stock my kitchen freezer with these. The make a great hunger-buster. Then I use any leftover veggies to add to a canned soup for another meal later. (Sometimes I eat the whole bag myself. Love the green beans) Hope you don't think I'm weird, but it works for me.

Need Mashed Banana? Just Squeeze it In the Peel, then Peel.

I was making batches of banana bread for the freezer and it was taking awhile to mash bananas that were medium ripe. Finally, I decided to squeeze the banana first before peeling. It needed little or no more mashing with a fork after that. It saved time and was far easier.

Use Toothpast to Remove White Water Ring on Wood.

The mild abrasiveness of toothpaste will often completely get that white spot caused by water on your wood furniture or floor. Just buff gently with a soft cloth.

Turn Plain Coffee into Gourmet Coffee at Home.

Just sprinkle a little cinnamon, or pumpkin spice over the grounds before you start the coffee maker. Your coffee will taste great. I do it with ground decaf coffee. It really saves money over the coffee shop coffee.
