My swimsuit is on a hanger in my bedroom, where I have to look at every morning and night. Enough said!
Don't do the same thing over and over. Mix it up. There is so much to choose from: swimming, elliptical, weights, running/walking, DVD's, resistance bands, yoga, skating, hiking, and on and on. Get outdoors, too. It is so much more fun and challenging.
I had a stash of fitted sheets that no longer fit the newer mattresses. The pockets were too small.
