So if you eat 3 meals a day for a week, that's 21. So, look at what you do right... breakfast is perfect every day and so is lunch, that makes 14 right immediately... and surely all suppers aren't bad, so really how many meals to you have fix? Mine may only be about 3 or 4, that seems a lot more doable! (Long as I don't count the snacks! - coupla cups of herbal tea to start)
Post your exercise you plan to do on your tracker. Then when it comes time if you are thinking of excuses not to, you have to because you've committed to it and you have to be accountable and not tell a lie. Worked for me tonite.
Today, I cooked up cabbage roll casserole, Rockin' Morrocan Stew and SP recipe for Keema. That's a lot of food for 2 people...but nice variety... But, after cooking, I portion many lunches up individually and freeze them. Nice variety of supper and pre-planned lunches too!
I track my food and was always way low on folate and magnesium. A dr. recently told me that low magnesium could be causing the pain in my arm. So, I am paying closer attention to how much magnesium I am including in my diet.
We don't eat the :leftovers: after supper anymore. Since I started SP, I take an extra portable dish and dish up my lunch from the meal cooked for supper. Before we used to just eat them! Now, I have healthy portable meals, a variety and never have to buy out!
