Make a plan for 2 months...

Make a plan that you will follow for 2 months, including exercise and cardio. Stick to it! When you see the results that 2 months has given you - you will want to keep going! It took me 2 months to actually see the difference in my body and feel it! Now I can't imagine not continuing!

Only buy healthy foods!

I started to realize that if I buy only healthy foods that is all I have to eat and have no other choice. If I buy something bad, I usually go to the first. So from now on, I will only buy health foods and eat healthy!

Exercise Anytime!

I decided to plan what I want to exercise, but do it when I can. I have already done 30 minutes on my bike, just by taking 5 minutes here and there. This way it isn't a huge chunk of time at once, but I still work out the amount I want.

Instead of thinking about exercising - I just get up and do it!

I know I have to exercise, so the minute it pops in my head I go and do it! I don't just sit and think about it! I know if I get started, I will want to keep on moving - and that's exactly what I do...keep on moving! Energy creates energy!
