Just do 10 minutes

When I'm super tired and just don't think I have the energy to exercise, I tell myself "just 10 minutes". Some days, once I start, I can do more and some days, I just do the 10 minutes. Either way, at least I exercised a few minutes.

Balance Your Week With Cardio, Strength, and Flexibility.

Look at your program and don't just do your favorites. We need all three types of activity to be healthy and fit. Try to do 2 of each of type of workout each week for a minimum. What is neglected gets weaker.

Getting up in the Morning for Excersize

Dont think about it. Dont think about how warm or comfy your bed is. Dont start thinking about it- JUST GET UP. DONT sit on the couch. DONTwatch tv/check your emails. JUST GET UP AND GO!

Walking/Jogging

If you don't feel like you can jog at all, start out by just jogging to the 1st telephone pole, house, mailbox, whatever. Then walk the rest of the way. After you're comfortable with that, try the next pole, house,mailbox.

5 minutes

Some mornings I dread a workout. I tell myself I should get dressed and go anyway if I do five minutes it is 5 minutes more than I wanted to. Usually after 5 minutes I am committed to finishing the workout. Sometimes you have to take life 5 minutes at a time.

Facercise away that double chin

Along with strength and cardio training for my body, I've been doing daily facial exercises with the Facercise video. I've gotten rid of the double chin and jowls that had started to develop. My whole face is feeling and looking more toned. Inexpensive facelift....woo hoo!
