Always keep the mindset of… "You can never gain too far from your goal that you can't return and lose it!"
Always leave the last bite of anything that you eat. It helps you to know who really is in control of the food that you are putting into your mouth.
I do portion control only. I don't count anything anymore. All food is for the eating. Just because it is being served or is on my plate, doesn't mean I have to eat it all. I'm finally in control of what goes inside my body. I can make this life long journey without feeling deprived.
