I tap on it a few times to put it in activity mode and it tracks my steps, distance, duration and calories. Plus, I love how it tracks all my steps, distance, calories, sleep hours etc. It great :)
I keep track of my steps and exercise activities using my fitbit and apps like runkeeper on phone.
When. I'm. Stressed I tend to feel overwhelmed and helpless. However when I. Take time to think how I'm not alone. I am love. I'm here for a reason. To complete a purpose. I know that eventually my feelings will pass. Somehow the truth helps me stay grounded in temporary situations.
