I TRY TO SNEAK IN MORE VEGETABLES WHENEVER POSSIBLE. FOR BREAKFAST, I HAVE 1/2 CUP OF EGG BEATERS SCRAMBLED WITH ONIONS, PEPPERS & MUSHROOMS; ADD 2 SLICES TURKEY BACON & ABOUT 1 OZ LOWFAT MOZZERELLA CHEESE. --BULK UP JUST ABOUT ANYTHING WITH VEGGIES; PEPPERS & ONIONS, IT WILL ADD TO THE AMOUNT OF FOOD YOU ARE EATING WITHOUT ADDING A LOT OF CALORIES.
